Support
Trunk is built and supported by one person: me. When you write in, you reach the person who made the thing.
For anything broken, confusing, or missing:

What do you need help with?
- Can I record with the phone locked?
Audio can continue; learn Hear, See, interruptions and the free two hours.
- How do I bring in a recording or photo?
Import from Photos or Files, or share a media file with Trunk.
- How do I share a memory by link?
Make a link, choose when it expires and take it back; saved copies cannot be recalled.
- Where are my words?
Check transcription, choose a language, search and correct the text on your device.
- How do I get my backup on a new iPhone?
Sign in to the same account and bring your key through Keychain, approval or recovery.
- How do I lock, delete or export my memories?
App lock and export are free; each kind of deletion has a different reach.

Version and contact details
These guides cover the iPhone app, version 1.0, for iOS 26 or later. It is called Trunk on your phone; your private library inside it is Memories. Find your installed version in the library's More → Settings → About.
When asking for help, include that version, your iPhone model, iOS version and the message you see. You do not need to send a private recording. Keep sign-in and recovery codes private.
